There are homes that impress with scale and amenities, and then there are homes that leave an impression through atmosphere. This exceptional Pacific Palisades residence does both.

Offered at $8,795,000, this 5-bedroom, 8-bath home offers a beautifully layered living space, bringing together warm California contemporary architecture, soulful interiors and effortless indoor-outdoor living.

Set on a generous lot and centered around a sparkling pool and spa, the residence pairs clean architectural lines with an inviting mix of materials and textures. Vaulted, beamed ceilings and polished concrete floors are softened by warm woods, hand-finished surfaces and natural elements, creating a home that feels sophisticated without sacrificing comfort.

Designed Around the California Lifestyle

Indoor-outdoor living is at the heart of the home.

Expansive folding doors open the light-filled interiors to the pool courtyard, allowing entertaining to move naturally between inside and out. Whether hosting an intimate dinner, a lively summer gathering or a relaxed afternoon by the pool, the home has been designed to make every occasion feel effortless.

The chef’s kitchen serves as a striking centerpiece, with custom English-style inset cabinetry, a custom-stained wood island and professional-grade Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Nearby, the family room offers a brick fireplace and tongue-and-groove ceiling, creating a warm counterpoint to the home’s contemporary architecture.

The dining room makes its own statement with a dramatic vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling and vintage industrial lighting. A built-in wood-burning pizza oven and grill, full bar and doors opening directly to the pool create an exceptional setting for entertaining.

A Primary Suite Designed as a Private Retreat

Upstairs, the primary suite feels removed from the pace of everyday life. Vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace bring warmth and character, while expansive doors open to a private balcony overlooking the pool.

The spa-inspired primary bath is equally distinctive, showcasing hand-cut Moroccan Zellige tile, hand-troweled plaster walls and a custom walk-in closet. Two additional bedroom suites are conveniently located on this level.

The home’s flexible layout offers exceptional possibilities for guests, extended family, work-from-home needs and multigenerational living. A private guest suite downstairs includes a full bath, while an additional living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bath on the opposite side of the residence feature a separate entrance for added privacy and versatility.

Entertainment on Another Level

The substantial lower level dramatically expands the home’s entertaining possibilities.

With soaring 12-foot ceilings, the space includes a custom screening room with Dolby sound, a generous game room with a custom oak plank-and-beam ceiling and wood-burning fireplace, a dedicated snack room, wine refrigeration and abundant storage.

It is an entire level designed for movie nights, game days, celebrations and relaxed evenings at home.

A Private Resort in the Palisades

Outside, curated landscaping creates the feeling of a private retreat.

A large pool and spa anchor the grounds, complemented by an outdoor living room with fireplace and a dedicated dining patio. The seamless relationship between the home and its outdoor spaces captures one of the most desirable aspects of living in Pacific Palisades: the ability to enjoy Southern California’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle throughout the year.

Behind the home’s beauty is an equally thoughtful collection of modern conveniences. Custom millwork and architectural lighting are joined by a three-stop elevator, Crestron automation, Lutron lighting, Sonos, reverse-osmosis water filtration and extensive security features.

Concrete structural walls and a steel seam roof also contribute fire-resistant elements to the home’s construction.

Curated, Not Constructed

What ultimately distinguishes this residence is its sense of character.

Originally conceived through a distinctive combination of industrial, old-world and organic influences, the home has been thoughtfully restored and updated while preserving the richness of its original design vision.

Custom cabinetry, hand-finished woods, Moroccan tile, plaster walls and carefully selected lighting give the interiors a depth and individuality rarely found in newer construction. Every space feels considered, yet nothing feels overly precious.

The result is a Pacific Palisades residence that feels curated rather than constructed—warm, eclectic and soulful, while remaining fresh, sophisticated and unmistakably Californian.
