With over 15 years of experience working alongside top interior designers to source fine artwork for clients’ most personal spaces, Courtney Kohl Paulson brings a unique understanding of the “Art of Home” to her real estate practice. Since joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California in 2021 at their Pacific Palisades office, Courtney has applied the same commitment to quality, integrity, and attentive service that she once offered her valued art collectors to home buyers and sellers throughout the Westside of Los Angeles, including Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Westchester, and Playa Vista.

As a Westside Los Angeles native, Courtney’s local roots run deep. She grew up in Pacific Palisades, attending St. Matthew’s Parish School and Pacific Palisades High School, before graduating from the University of Southern California (USC). Now a Westchester resident, she’s an active part of the community, often cheering on her son at Westchester Babe Ruth baseball games and enjoying scenic hikes along the Playa Vista Bluffs with their beloved rescue dog, Rupa.

Courtney is a committed member of the Westchester Rotary Club and is actively involved in volunteer work with the Westchester Senior Citizens Center, the YMCA Family Engagement Committee, and various local causes that strengthen her Westside community.
